The main aim of this event, held online in February 2023, was to open up and engage the advice sector in a conversation about quality advice, and our understanding and expectations of what quality advice is; especially, as we are all doing our very best in this current crisis.
We also introduced the new Advice Quality Standard V4 and shared an update on the ASA’s new quality projects by director Lindsey Poole.
