Copy the labels onto coloured card, then cut them out and give each person a set of 5 labels and some blutac. (or print as sticky labels).

Display the 5 case scenarios, attaching the printed-out sheets to flip chart paper which can be placed around the room.

The attendees are to stick the label they think most appropriate to each case scenario onto the flip chart paper on which the case scenario is displayed.

There is then a brief plenary discussion allowing attendees to:

INDEPENDENCECONFIDENTIALITY
The Advice Centre is not influenced by anyone. It is able to give impartial adviceThe client’s confidentiality is protected. No one outside the advice centre knows who uses the service.
ACCESSIBILITYACCOUNTABILITY
The Centre is open to all. It is accessible and open at times when anyone can use it.The Centre is accountable to its users. It is accountable for the use of public funds.
