Peer Review Online Platform (PROP) news
In my last update regarding PROP I stated our go live date to test the pilot would start at the end of April with some of the early adopters & peer reviewers (with more coming on board throughout the pilots development phase). However this date has slipped as we had a number of minor issues to iron out, one being the question of which IT platform we should use that would best fit the pilot as an interim solution. I am now able to tell you that ASA engaged a web developer (he has designed CMS for advice agencies so understands the sector) to design a simple and easy to use peer review online platform; this will enable advice organisation to upload casefiles for review and peer reviewers to do peer reviews and give feedback online.

The PROP advisory board were able to see a demo of the site a few weeks ago and made a few suggestion that we were able to incorporate. In the next week we start to test the site with early adopters and peer reviewers; this first test will allow us to not only test the website but the process and policies that go along with it so we can iron out any issues quickly. Once this is completed we will be able to roll out the project more widely with AQS holders.
